Sales tax is added where the law requires it, and shown before you pay.
What a page is
- One physical page, sent or received. A 12-page fax is 12 pages.
- A cover page counts as a page.
- Junk faxes you receive count as well, including ones the filter moves to Spam.
- Faxes that fail to send don't count.
If you go past 500 pages
We never bill you for extra pages. Instead:
- We email you at 80% and again at 100% of your 500 pages.
- Past 500, you can still send up to 100 pages a day.
- At 1000 pages, sending pauses until your next billing date.
- Receiving never stops, whatever your page count.

More than one number
Each number is $14.99 a month and comes with its own 500 pages. Add one in your account at any time; you pay a prorated amount on your next bill.
Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
No. You pay for your first month when you sign up, and you can cancel online whenever you like. Your service runs until the end of the month you paid for.
Do I pay for the first month in advance?
Yes. Each month is paid at the start, on the same date as the day you signed up.
Can I get a refund?
If something isn't working for you, email [email protected] and we'll make it right. Cancelling stops future charges; the current month runs to its end.
What if my card payment fails?
We email you and try again on days 3, 7 and 14. If it still fails, sending pauses but you keep receiving faxes for 30 days while you update your card.
Is there an annual plan?
Not at launch. Monthly only, so the price you see is the price you pay.
