Faxpresso connects your fax number to the phone network for you. Faxes come in as PDFs and go out from your browser or phone.
Pick your number
Search by area code, city or ZIP and choose a local number. Or keep the one you have: you'll use a temporary number while it moves.
Send a fax
Upload a PDF or photos, add a cover page if you like, type the fax number and press Send. We show the page count first, then confirm when it's delivered.
Receive faxes
When someone faxes your number, it appears in your Inbox and arrives in your email as a PDF. The app sends you a notification too.
Send from wherever you are
- From your browser: drag in a PDF or image, and send.
- From your phone: photograph a document; the app straightens it and makes it crisp black and white.
- Send to several numbers at once.
- Add a cover page with a note, saved for next time.
- Track each fax live: queued, sending, delivered, or why it failed.
- Faxes to US and Canadian numbers.
Sending by email (attach a PDF, send to a Faxpresso address) is coming after launch.
Faxes arrive where you already look
- In your Faxpresso Inbox on the web and in the app.
- As a PDF attachment in your email. Add several addresses, so the whole office gets it.
- Junk faxes are moved to a Spam folder you can check.
- Search, download, forward or delete any fax.
- Faxes are kept for a year unless you delete them sooner.
