Cancelling
Leaving is easy. That's a promise.
No phone call, no chat, no "are you sure?" maze. Two clicks in your account.
How to cancel
- Sign in and open Settings.
- Choose Cancel my plan, and confirm.
We email you a confirmation straight away. That works for every account, however many numbers you have.
What happens next
- Your service runs to the end of the month you paid for. No more charges after that.
- Download your faxes. You can download everything as a ZIP of PDFs, before or after you cancel, until your faxes are deleted.
- Your number is held for 30 days. Change your mind and it's yours again. You can also move it to another provider, for a one-time $10 per number.
- After 30 days the number is released, and your faxes and account data are deleted. Faxes are always tied to your account, never to the number, so the number's next owner can't see them.
Want everything gone right away?
Instead of cancelling, you can delete your account. That cancels your plan immediately, releases your numbers and deletes your faxes and data straight away, with no 30-day hold.
